Owner's Description

Same story as with #72 - lost out on the Twin Cities 9.8 (man, that collection was strong for JLA's - I have/had a lot of them and have missed out on even more). I ended up winning this 9.6 on Ebay in mid 2012. There are two 9.8's and seven 9.6's, making this one tied for second highest graded on the census.
