Owner's Description

MyComicShop purchase - May 2016. I waited years to get a crack at this issue in 9.8. With only three other 9.8's in the census (tying this one for HIGHEST graded), it was understandably hard to obtain. In 2016 purchases to upgrade my collection are the exception rather than the rule - it is very rare to do so.
