Owner's Description

As a 6 year old kid, I believe this was the first JLA issue I ever bought - of course, this one is not the one I had as a kid - that is long gone. There is only one 9.8 on the census...and I don't have it. My copy is one of three 9.6's, making it tied for second highest graded. This might be another case of having to find a really good raw copy and have it certified to get my 9.8. There are another 12 9.4/9.2's out there, so you should have less trouble getting this one as opposed to the JLA#117.
