Ebay Buy it Now Purchase - got this one at the same time I got the #104 - they were popping up as new listings while I was on Ebay, so when I saw one I wanted, I bought it before anyone else saw it! There are three 9.8's on the census, so it is possible 1 of those might shake loose, but they haven't in the last few years. This copy is tied for second highest on the census. I don't think people generally see much value in getting these certified as many less are being done than those under #100.
