I like that Rick is on the cover in full force- being a bad-ass- since he gets hated on so hard in this issue! The perspective of Rick on the cover- a nub for one arm- blasting at a mosh-pit-of zombies during a blink182 show just proves that Rick still has good taste in music, and he knows its for the best to eliminate blink182 from any further histories...Morgan got all emo at the concert, knowing it would be the last time he'd get to stage-dive into a mass of mindless walkers.
