Owner's Description

When I won this in early 2013, it was one of 5 at the 9.6 grade. That is still the case as of this writing and since there is no 9.8 yet graded, this copy is tied for the HIGHEST grade on the census. Among the others at 9.6 are the Twin Cities and Pacific Coast Pedigrees. This was an upgrade on a 9.4 I won in a prior auction back in October 2011. Perhaps the large amount of white on the cover is making a graded 9.8 more difficult? The Joker makes an appearance in this issue (on the cover as well!)
