Owner's Description

I've seen this come to auction in 9.8 once in the June 2011 comiclink auction (which I didn't win). The next year I settled for a 9.6...and that's the story for now. Haven't found another 9.8 yet (even though there are six of them somewhere). My copy is tied with six others for second highest graded on the census.
