9.8 and white pages...can't do much better than that. Added this Twin Cities pedigree to my collection in the November 2013 Heritage auction. Paid exactly the same amount as when the issue was first auctioned off a couple years prior. This copy is tied with one other for HIGHEST graded on the census (as of this writing). Of course, the other 9.8 sold in auction soon after for $1K less-doh!
