Heritage signature auction win-Aug 18/11 - Another of my Twin Cities pedigrees-love the their brightness! In this issue, T.O. Morrow goes after the Justice League and succeeds in defeating them by using machines which the team narrowly defeated in previous adventures...only this time they must take them all on at once. However, the Red Tornado is able to intervene and thwart T.O. Morrow's plans and the JLA is ultimately victorious. One of only four 9.8's on the census - also making it tied for HIGHEST graded on the census.
