Owner's Description

Here is one of the later issues that eluded me for a longer time, with this copy being purchased as late as December 2014 from the Comiclink marketplace. By this time, it is getting more and more difficult to upgrade my collection, but I did it here and there are still many more opportunities to just get some 9.8's that I still don't have in the issue #100+ range. Tied with six others for HIGHEST graded on the census (only 12 total issues graded).
