Owner's Description

Very few people would pay a pretty extreme premium to get a one of a kind 9.9 copy of a late issue JLA. The number of people is higher than "1" though, since I don't have all the 9.9's in the census. That being said, paying $200+ for said issue is just WRONG...yet that is what I did. Consequently, my copy is the SINGLE HIGHEST graded copy on the census. In my defence, it was February 2012 and I was buying up a LOT of JLA's!
