Owner's Description

Talk about a tough book. For whatever reason, this fairly unassuming issue has a top grade on the census of 9.4. Since two copies are at this grade, that makes this one tied with one other book for HIGHEST graded book on the census. All of the other pedgirees graded out lower (Twin Cities, Pacific coast, Savannah - all 9.2, and the Don/Maggie only a 7.5!). There are a staggering nine copies at 9.2 currently - including a nice WHITE pager that I have. This is a rare upgrade in 2016 for me. I don't often come across too many opportunities for an upgrade anymore. This was obtained in the Comiclink May 2016 auction, during which there was really very little HG JLA's up for auction, except for a JLA#30 in 9.4. As of May 2016, the frequency of available high grade JLA's has slowed considerably.
