Owner's Description

Somewhat surprisingly, this copy is tied with 5 others as the HIGHEST graded on the current census. I realize the cover is black, but at this point in the series you would think a 9.6 or 9.8 grade would've appeared by now. I purchased my copy from Metropolis back in 2011, and this was a good move as it is has not showed up in this grade in many years now. Hawkman and Hawkgirl appear in this issue, with Hawkman being granted membership in the League (but not Hawkgirl).
