Owner's Description

This copy is tied with four others for HIGHEST graded on the census (as of this writing). This is a very easy issue to get in high grade, with nine more in 9.6 and nineteen in 9.4. My copy is from the Rocky Mountain pedigree - I put in an offer on the comiclink exchange and it was accepted. I had previously lost out on another 9.8 seven months earlier, so the story was told on this issue fairly quickly.
