Owner's Description

Purchased raw from wwcomics with #128, they graded it as NM+ and, again, CGC deemed it one grade lower at 9.6. This means I only have managed 2 out of 10 9.8's on JLA#120-129 -you have to think there are lots of high grade raws out there, but where? At 9.6, this copy is tied with twelve others at second highest graded behind 5 9.8's.
