Owner's Description

Ebay purchase (of course) back in April 2012. You pay for the convenience of just buying a slabbed 9.8 instead of doing all the legwork and submitting yourself in the hopes of getting one. The later case hasn't worked out for me in practically every case, so while $80 is extreme for a JLA#223, it saved me a lot of time and effort. This copy is tied with seven others for HIGHEST graded on the census.
