Owner's Description

As the series progresses from issue to issue, it will become more and more rare to not have a top grade of 9.8 on the census...or even to have but one 9.6 topping the census. That being said, this copy bucks that trend as the SINGLE HIGHEST graded copy on the census (as of this writing), but with a staggering 11 copies graded just one grade lower. This was an upgrade I purchased from wwcomics from a 9.4 Twin Cities beauty I got in the big August 2011 Heritage Auction. Purchased in late 2012, I jumped fairly quickly on this (as I recall) when I saw it on the wwcomics website.
