Owner's Description

There are nine 9.8's on the census, so this one is tied for HIGHEST graded. Like with JLA#255, you can get a high grade copy for $3 on Ebay and go for the 9.8 grade upon submission. Martian Manhunter cover on this one. I got this in February 2012 - but for the life of me I don't know from where! Must be Ebay?!?
