Owner's Description

So, if a JLA appears on Ebay, is a 9.8 and is either an upgrade to the grade I currently have or even an upgrade in page quality if the grades are equal, there is a good chance I'll go after it...like this one! Used "Buy It Now" in June 2014 to get my 9.8. The only one graded that high to date! Meaning it's the, wait for it, HIGHEST graded copy on the census, followed closely by six 9.6's. As much as Ebay is dumped on by people, if you watch it, you can find issues like this one and jump on them before someone else does.
