Owner's Description

This is a beautifully centered copy, tied with two others for the HIGHEST graded on the census. Prior to getting this copy, I had tried winning a 9.6 a couple of times, with no success. When this one came up, I was finally able to win...and I paid only about 60% what was paid for the last 9.6 auctioned.
