ACTION COMICS #447 CGC 9.8-HIGHEST GRADED

I had been tracking this book for a few years and every time I tried to obtain it somebody else would beat me to it. I was finally able to add this beautiful copy to my collection in November 2016. For the longest time I had this issue in CGC 9.4 and that book will now be a part of my SECONDARY collection. This issue is SCARCE in grade above 9.4.
