I had a copy of this issue in CGC 9.6 for many years. Finally, in April 2017 I added this CGC 9.8 copy. This book came to me from the State of Ohio. The CGC 9.6 copy will be added to my SECONDARY SET.

This cover was dated January 1979 and went on sale on October 23, 1978. The cover price was 40 cents
