Owner's Description

"I Became a Robot!" OK, this cover tugs at me - both to like it and to dislike it. There really is a lot of stuff about the cover that I dislike: too many word balloons, the robots are so similar that they have to wear nameplates, they protagonist dropping his briefcase (it looks forced), but there are easily as many things that I like about the cover: the robot dog (win!), the full background - giving the image depth, the strong use of color on everything that isn't a robot. I don't know if the plusses and minuses of the cover image even out - actually, I think the overall image is better than the sum of its parts.
I suspect that since it features robots, that this cover would have enticed me to part with my twelve, hard-earned, pennies.
