ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Endgame (part 2 of 12)

After returning to the place of his origin, Spawn used his collective energy to commit suicide by destroying his own head. The Violator realizes that his actions can no longer be checked now that Spawn and Malebolgia are out of the picture. Meanwhile, the mysterious patient, known by the number 47, learns that the name on his charts is Jim Downing. He forms a friendship with a nurse named Sara but remains unaware that a bounty hunter is on his trail.
