ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - The Devil You Know

Spawn is developing a new identity as the conscience of humanity. When men and women fail to heed the advice of their inner voices, Spawn steps in to fill the void. He continues this new mission by punishing a highly-respected community member who secretly enjoys child pornography. Later, Spawn meets with a representative from Hell, who grows hostile when Spawn mentions the dependency of Heaven and Hell upon humanity. As they continue to argue, Angela appears on the scene and begins her own hunt for Spawn.
