Finding a gateway in Hell that will lead him back home, Spawn begins to carry out a plan to permanently resolve his problems. Elsewhere, a comatose patient awakens, much to the surprise and dismay of those around him. A series of messages related to the man’s awakening leads to the suicide of at least one person.
