ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Devil Inside Part II (Kincaid storyline part 6 of 9)

Spawn is taunted by the ghost of Billy Kincaid, who is determined to exact revenge by targeting his family. Granny Blake feels the presence of Kincaid’s spirit and warns him away. Elsewhere, Twitch’s wife and son, among others, are taken hostage on a commuter train. Spawn intervenes to save the innocent passengers, but inadvertently kills the gunman. Kincaid is happy to add the deceased gunman to his ghostly crew.
