ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - The Cleansing (Kincaid storyline part 4 of 9)

Spawn, Sam, and Twitch are led to believe that Dr. Sarah Frost is the one responsible for the deaths of the homeless inhabitants of Rat City. The trio confronts the doctor. While the detectives wait outside, Spawn begins to torture the doctor by turning her greatest fears against her. Dr. Frost commits suicide by ingesting pesticides. Sam examines the corpse and discovers a familiar symbol branded on her neck. Later, back at their office, Sam and Twitch receive a series of cryptic messages which reveal they may have caught the wrong person.
