ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Fanboy

The blast that destroys the Curse’s castle sends Spawn flying. After landing in a small town in West Virginia, Spawn finds that he is too weak to control his costume, which attacks nine-year-old Pat Shaunessy as the comic geek ducks into his hideout to seek shelter from pursuing bullies. Spawn befriends Pat and learns of the bullying he endures on a daily basis. His crazed costume lashes out at the bullies, whose lived are saved only through the intervention of Pat. Spawn and Pat discuss the nature of heroism even as Cy-Gor makes his way to New York. Meanwhile, Sam and Twitch begin to strengthen their case against Chief Banks.
