Spawn closed the portals to Heaven and Hell when he made the world anew. As a result, the demons are getting restless. Zabraxis and Abbadon are up to no good. When Spawn arrives at the Hell-House to put a stop to their antics, he discovers that the priest running the place is actually Richard - his own little brother. Once again, Spawn is forced to face the sins of his past.
