NOTES OF INTEREST: This issue was released with two covers - a standard cover and a sketch cover. This comic is an example of the sketch cover. The cover art is a parody of Spider-man #1 – a cover drawn by Todd McFarlane during his tenure at Marvel during the early 1990s. That particular issue of Spider-man shattered previous sales records and remains one of the best-selling comics of all-time.
