ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - The Conqueror (Kincaid storyline part 7 of 9)

Spawn continues to work with Sam and Twitch in order to develop an effective way of stopping Billy Kincaid. Meanwhile, Jason Wynn is struggling to come to terms with his reassignment and begins to suffer from hallucinations. Wynn begins to believe he is the living reincarnation of Genghis Kahn. Cleary disturbed, Wynn begins a violent rampage by opening fire on a crowd of innocents gathered in a restaurant. The mind of “Jason the Conqueror” eventually returns to reality and a disoriented Wynn finds himself back in Spawn’s alley. It is there that he is befriended by Bobby.
