Owner's Description

Intro B'wana Beast. What a great cover composition - it introduces our new character well, defeating a gorilla with a manly punch - he's obviously made of seriously strong stuff, because those editors at DC take their gorillas seriously. The vibrant green background color both sets the jungle scene and helps our protagonist leap off the cover by the contrast. The dark and moody jungle undergrowth with the person hiding would have made this the complete cover - but no, the editor had to muck it all up with text boxes and arrows pointing at the guy hiding - like we're buying comicbooks, but we can't actually decypher an image for ourselves.
If only they'd left all the writing off, then we could focus on B'wana Beast's ridiculous looking costume and helm.
