Owner's Description

Twin Cities. Metamorpho covers should be among the most interesting of the silver age - here's a hero that can be anything and so often the cover compositions are either too busy or boring. It's like there's no middle ground between "show you everything he can do" and " I don't know what to draw." This one is boring and static - or "I don't know what to draw." The only positive thing is the bright yellow background that screams for your attention, everything else about the image is baffling at best - and then they add a text box that explains nothing, hints at nothing, and is of no value whatsoever. I just don't know what the art editor was thinking, and I don't know how they concluded this image was the best way to sell copies, because I don't see it getting my hard earned 12 cents.
