Owner's Description

"First Shot for a Dead Man." That's a pretty good looking cover. The antagonists are in the foreground and our hero and his PT boat are in the middle ground, moving fast across the bow and with all guns firing. There's just a lot of action happening on the Irv Novick cover and he manages to cram it all in under the masthead without making it all too cluttered for the eye to appreciate. I have to admit, this cover catches my eye today, and I think it would have in '67 as well.
