Owner's Description

I had purchased a raw copy and had it certified - but it came back as an 8.0 W - I was waaaay off!

Ended up finding a 9.8 on wwcomics back in May of 2012, one of 8 in existence, making this tied for HIGHEST graded on the census. There are also eight 9.6's - all that being said, I don't exactly see this issue graded and in 9.6 or above all that often...if you are looking to complete a run, maybe you should buy this one when you see it.
