Owner's Description

The Spider. What a great image of the 7-armed thief and maybe a poke at Marvel's Spiderman - the spiderweb tie & socks bring an excellent touch...Certainly DC wasn't above taking pot shots at the competition on the covers - Inferior Five issues make fun of Tarzan, X-Men, and the Hulk, so why not take a shot at the whiny Peter Parker and Aunt May's damned medicine? I would've.
The composition is strong for a "street scene" and the use of Plas as the briefcase is brilliant. Win Mortimer an excellent choice for a Plas cover artist. Plenty of depth in the scene, but the real gem is the look on the cop's face - Win nailed it.

Overall - It is possible I would have picked this up off the spinner rack.
