Owner's Description

This is an upgrade on a raw comic I had graded from wwcomics. It was a 9.2 and I was having a hard time in upgrading (at the time there were only 20 total copies certified and only 1 9.8). Well, here comes the Comiclink November 2017 auction and voila! The 21st certified copy...and this one is the second 9.8 graded! So, tied with one other, this is the HIGHEST GRADED on the census!
