Owner's Description

This is the single highest graded CGC copy as of this writing. While there are two 9.8s in the census, the other was actually a #190 that CGC erroneously put in a #191 holder. I know this since I bought that book on Heritage. When I sent it to CGC to get it in the correct folder, they downgraded the book to a 9.4, but it is still in the #191 census as a 9.8. I am not sure how often mistakes like that are made, but CGC did compensate me for the change in grade. There is also a CBCS 9.9 copy of this issue, which I also own, but this book is the top CGC copy.
