This issue was known for being the story where Darth Vader conclusively learned that it was Luke Skywalker who destroyed the 1st Death Star at the Battle of Yavin. This issue also featured the 1st appearance of Domina Tagge. She later became a very dangerous character by Star Wars issue 50.
