This issue marks the start of a great story arc - "Time's Arrow" with Luke Ross on art. Still present here is the amazingly consistent feel in the book thanks to Frank D'Armata's coloring.

WWII flashbacks, an appearance from Batroc, and Bucky-Cap being Bucky-Cap, this is another solid issue.
