This is the first copy of LOTDK #119 to be graded by CGC. This was also the first issue I closely examined after purchasing a large collection of Batman books where I said to myself, "this looks like a 9.8." I love cover artist Brian Bolland and Two-Face is my favorite Bat villain.

Two-Face, Commissioner Gordon and The Penguin map out their territory.
