PACIFIC COAST PEDIGREE:
Considered the greatest Silver Age collection to ever surface. The Pacific Coast collection was brought to market by Robert Roter after he discovered portions of it for sale on eBay in 1999. The books were marketed through PCE over the next several years and contained over 7,000 comics and magazines that included Marvel, DC, and Gold Key among others, covering a time span between 1961 and 1977. Many of the highest graded Marvel and DC issues from the early '60s hail from this collection with exceptional page quality. The books do not exhibit any distinguishing markings.

ComicLink Comments:
This CGC 9.6 upper Near Mint from the Rocky Mountain Pedigree collection is the highest graded and 1 of only 3 to ever reach this top tier. Adding to its desirability, CGC has assigned its perfect page quality designation of White Pages, making this example the very best 9.6 attainable.
Rocky Mountain Pedigree:
The original owner collection that is now established as the Rocky Mountain Pedigree collection is comprised of over 5,000 books and it is by far the most impressive Silver, Bronze and Copper Age collection ever consigned to ComicLink since the business was founded in 1996. Across the board, whether they grade out 9.0, 9.4 or 9.8, these issues are newsstand fresh and glossy, with rich colors and either white or off-white to white page preservation. You cannot truly measure the look of them by the grades they were given. They were an incredible sight to behold prior to CGC slabbing and we are, quite frankly, as blown away now as we were when we first laid eyes on them.
