Comiclink win - Mar 2017. Well, as it turns out, there are NO issues graded 9.8 by the CGC. That makes my 9.6 tied with seven others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census. These 100 pagers are tough to get in 9.8 due to the way they are constructed.

As with some other recent issues, this one has Batman teaming up with a hero that hasn't shown up in the title for quite a while. In this case, the Spectre makes an appearance for the first time since B&B#75. The Spectre will have a few more appearances before the title's end.
