Owner's Description

My Comicshop purchase - June 2020. Only 29 issues are even certified, so that makes getting one a little bit harder. There are only two 9.8's - so this book is tied with one other for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census. I had won a 9.6 in a CL auction back in July 2017, so it was nice to be able to secure this upgrade 3 years later.

The final 100 Page issue, the main story features a familiar team-up for Batman, Sgt. Rock. The story takes place in both East & West Germany - interesting snapshot of the time.
