Comiclink auction win - March 2016. I guess because this issue has Green Arrow, the Atom, the Joker and Two-Face, it has been certified much more than other issues around its time, with 36 certified in total and 4 in 9.8 condition. As my copy is a 9.8, it is tied with three others for HIGHEST GRADED on the census.
