Comiclink auction win - June 2017. A big drop off in 9.8's when compared to B&B#150, with only three certified at that level. As such, this one is tied with only two others for HIGHEST GRADED on the census (there are no Whitman variants certified 9.8 as of this writing).

I don't want to give up too much about the plotline of this issue, but suffice it to say, the story is entitled "Disco of Death".
