Owner's Description

Comiclink auction win - July 2017. One of four 9.8's on the census, this one is tied for HIGHEST GRADED. No Whitman variants are graded 9.8, although one comes close at a 9.6. The 2017 comiclink auctions provided most useful for me to build this series - you just don't see most of these issues become available - even though they should be plentiful given when they were published.

This issue features the only appearance of Red Tornado in the series' two hundred issue run.
