Owner's Description

Comiclink auction win - May 2017. A rare instance for me in that this is a copy in the later part of the run for which I am not in possession of the highest graded copy. There is only one 9.8 on the census as of April 2021 and it's not mine. There are only ten copies certified at all and in the 4 years since I won my 9.6, I have been unable to upgrade.
