Ebay purchase - June 2018. Yes, another Savannah pedigree...and it is also the current SINGLE HIGHEST GRADED book on the CGC census.

This is the last appearance of the Suicide Squad in the title. In fact, it was the last appearance of a "Suicide Squad" until the Legends mini-series in 1986. At that point, the character of "Amanda Waller" was introduced, tasking Rick Flag with putting together a new squad featuring super-villains (which was the genesis of the Suicide Squad we are more familiar with today).

Subsequent to the Legends run, DC explained in their "Secret Origins" title that the classic Suicide Squad line-up (Flag, Grace, Evans & Bright) were involved in a deadly Yeti attack, with Evans and Bright being killed and Grace wounded.
